Defending NBA Champs Bully Past Chicago

p-piercePaul Pierce frustrated the Bulls in the first half and Ray Allen hit dagger after dagger to set the tone early, as Boston took a 22-point lead into halftime and never looked back, pounding the Bulls 107-86, in Chicago. Emerging point guard, Rajon Rondo, was helped down the hallway by teammates but insisted that it was just fro precaution. The 23 year-old is almost averaging a triple double in the series (22.7  pts, 9.7 asts, 10.7 reb). The Bulls couldn't get anything going until midway through the third quarter when they made a push to put themselves within 17 points, but never made it much closer than that as the Celtics played their best game of the series.
