I’m Supposed To Be Torn Up Over This Dude’s Death?
ByI received an outrageous amount of emails today when I mentioned I felt more upset about the passing of Billy Mays than the death of Michael Jackson. It was turned into a racial issue and I was even told that I didn’t understand Michael’s affect on pop culture.
First of all, this has nothing to do about race. Once the guy started bleaching his skin, inviting young boys over to drink “Jesus Juice” (’wine’ to you non-pedophiles) and putting a circus in his back yard to make it more attractive to children, I wrote the guy off. I have nothing in common with a guy who does that type of stuff.
Billy Mays, on the other hand, was a blue collar worker who fought every day to make life better for his children and family. Of course I have more in common and feel worse about the passing of Billy Mays. The guy was a great American story. Even Michael Jackson’s father didn’t seem torn up about his son’s passing when he was interviewed at the BET Awards last night. Come on.

I respect your opinion, but you really believe that MJ attacked kids? I don\’t. But I guess I could if I wanted to pocket a couple of million dollars of his money.
He was just a kid himself, and thats why he hung out with them. He couldn\’t have attacked them.

his father is a bastard, no wonder he was so messed up. I really hope he doesn’t end up getting MJ’s kids they will be messed up as he was. I think a lot of us remember when we first heard Jackson’s work and it reminds us of time long gone or our childhoods.

By using your Michael Vick & Donte Stallworth comparision, who would you rather have babysit your kids. It’s pretty obvious you aren’t picking the guy who molested young boys.
Is their anything more disgusting and repulsive than an adult male molesting young boys (multiple). I don’t understand how people are overlooking the fact he lured little boys into his bedroom because he made some classics.
