Florida Cops Playing Hard Ball With Tiger

Since Tiger Woods won’t willingly comply with police officers, the Florida Highway Patrol is seeking a warrant in order to confirm Wood’s injuries were consistent with those of a car accident and not domestic violence.

Tiger is doing the right thing by avoiding discussion with the police. He is not legally committed to speak to police and he doesn’t owe anybody outside of his wife an explanation about what led to the accident. Here’s a little secret: The less you talk to the police, the less they know and have to further question you about.

Cops are human beings, like you and me, but they have guns and tasers. They have the same human tendency to let information out once they take off their uniform and for a celebrity of Tiger’s magnitude, it doesn’t make sense to talk to police without legal representation.
