Now, over the past three weeks he’s been flying up Draft Boards mainly because scouts realize that film doesn’t lie. Hughes can match his film with anyone in this class. 13. San Francisco 49ers Joe Haden, CB Florida - 49ers get a bargain and Haden finds a home in a place where Deion once shined. He could be that good immediately if he tightens up his moves and strengthens his hands. Eagles Pick: Brandon Graham

14. Seattle Seahawks Bryan Bulaga, OT Iowa - Bulaga starts to make people realize how deep this Draft truly is. In past years he would have been a top-5 pick.
