Redskins’ Moss Received HGH Treatment From Galea

By Fireman Mike May 20, 2010

The Washington Post has reported Redskins’ wide receiver Santana Moss was one of the athletes that received illegal HGH treatment from Canadian doctor Anthony Galea.

galeaWe first talked about Galea after he was charged with unlawful distribution and smuggling of HGH. He was also charged with illegally treating athletes. While Galea is facing ramifications for his role in treating athletes, it is unclear whether the athletes he treated with face any discipline from their employers.

Moss caught 70 balls for 902 yards last season to go along with 3 touchdowns. This is the last thing the Redskins need going into a summer in which the entire city is fired up about their resurgence. With new quarterback Donovan McNabb in the mix, the Redskins are primed for a playoff run but also have to make their way through the hardest division in football.
